Free On Board — Chennai Port
We handle all inland transport, export customs clearance, and loading onto the vessel at Chennai Port. Risk transfers to you once goods are on board.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
We arrange and pay for ocean freight and marine insurance to your named destination port. You handle import customs and inland delivery at your end.
Cost & Freight
We cover ocean freight to your destination port. Marine insurance is arranged by the buyer. Risk transfers at the port of origin.
Ex Works — Factory
Goods are made available at our factory in Tamil Nadu. The buyer arranges all transport, export clearance, and freight from our premises.

Packaging Standards
All shipments are packed to international sea-freight standards to ensure zero breakage.
Sea-Worthy Wooden Crates
Heavy-duty fumigated wooden crates (ISPM-15 compliant) for all slab and tile shipments.
Foam & Bubble Wrap Lining
Each slab is individually wrapped in foam and bubble wrap to prevent surface scratching and edge chipping.
A-Frame Stacking
Slabs are loaded vertically on A-frames inside crates to distribute weight evenly and prevent cracking.
Moisture Protection
Silica gel packs and moisture-barrier film protect against condensation during long ocean transits.
Clear Labelling
Each crate is labelled with material name, dimensions, quantity, gross/net weight, and handling instructions.

Quality Inspection Report
Third-party or in-house QC report with slab measurements and surface grade.
GST & Export Declaration
Shipping bill and GST refund documentation as required by Indian customs.
Payment Terms
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
30% advance on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Irrevocable L/C at sight from a reputable bank. Available for orders above USD 20,000.
Documents Against Payment (D/P)
Available for established buyers with prior trading history.
